Choose from your collection of Photos, T-shirt/sweat shirts the
number needed for your quilt size.

We will use all the designs and logos on the shirts that you identify. To identify the part of the shirt you want to include, pin a peice of paper with a number for the block placement in the center for us.

Please wash the shirts before mailing them to us. Please do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets.

Please do not cut your shirts, we will to do that for you.
|

Complete and print the order form and send it to us with your T-shirts or photos. You must pay for your quilt via PayPal or send a check with your order form and items for the quilt.

Please indicate the color backing you would like us to use on the order form. We
have just about any color you would like including blues, greens, reds,
purples, and maroons. If there is a special color you would like, let us
know and we will try to find it.

After the
T-shirts are cut or photos are prepared, we will call you with the quilt dimensions that
the shirts you sent us could make. At this time you can decide to accept the dimension of
the quilt or you can add or remove shirts or photos so the quilt is the size you want.
It will take 2 to 4 weeks for us to complete your quilt. We will notify
you if your quilt requires more time.

If the quilt is for a Christmas gift, please call if it is past
December 1, we may still have enough time to make your quilt.

For graduation quilts, T-shirts need to be received
6 weeks before the quilt is needed. Please note that graduation time is a very busy time and the earlier
you get your shirts to us the better. But if you have less than 6 weeks before
the quilt is needed, we may still have enough time to make your quilt - please contact us via email or phone!
